i am turning 18 this saturday. (2 Feb)
my mum is celebrating my birthday in advance on this friday. saturday i have prayer meeting, and if i go, my cell group will celebrate for me. sunday i have church. monday cell group reunion dinner. monday and tuesday Sheena is not free. wednesday till friday ruoping will be in malaysia. the the following days will be Chinese New Year itself. OH!!!!! Friends, how are we gona meet like this? there is NO common day that all of us will be free.....ZZZZZZZZZZZ....only after Chinese New Year. by then it will be Super BELATED~but still, i have set a date to all ya Precious!

and i will play that hamster ball look alike thing, with my fellows lab rats. YA?
if there is sky diving in singapore plus not that expensive. i will go and play.!
HAHA. Escape is not thrilling enough. i want to go SUNWAY LAGOON THEME PARK!!! my parents find it a waste of money. yay. like buying 4D is saving money. chez.

HAPPY BIRTHDAY MAK WENLING JAMIE
Her birthday celebration starts from sunday till yesterday which was her actual birthDAY. Sunday we went NYDC to celerbrate her birthday . i wanted to prank her in someway. but.....kinda short of "materials" so I'LL LET HER OFF THIS TIME. eheheheh. i ordered a Tears InHeart Heaven, i don really like it though. it don't taste awful, it just that i expected it to taste more NICER. next time, go for the meat balls and the penne! seriously.
yesterday - monday (her actual birthday), we went Cafe Cartel. i ordered a St Louis Pork Ribs and the rest had pasta.
that pork rib is super big! after eating i felt like i had just ate a calf, or about 3-4 bowls of bak kut teh.

many times in the conversation i thought he was speaking tamil to me. wenling is the best, she seems to be able catch his RRRRRRRRRLLLLLLL accent. we talk alot of crap, and sometimes we just totally don understand each other. we will just ha-ha along and he will smile.
wenling introduce herself as "Jamie" and i introduce myself as "Terry". that guy just can't pronounce "Terry" but he got no prob with "Jamie".
i wanted to take a picture of him, he refused at first but still allows me when i ask him the second time. i manage to snap one, but my samsuang capture only shadows. well done. otherwise i will be able to show u how he looks like. u will be surprise that he said he is 18. (he may be lying)
about 30mins later one of his friends came and join us. we were like er...........not right.....kinda feeling. his friend looks more like a bangala. he shook our hands and introduce his name. his name is Rush but i heard Shalommn instead. is my ear or their accent? RRRRRRRRRRRLLLLLLLLL? accent.
Rush speaks better english, because he had been in s'pore for 2 yrs whereas Nick is only 6 mths old here.both of them are studying in Auston College (not sure about the spelling).
Rush : "how old are your?"
Wenling : "guess which year i am born in."
Rush : "1981 ? 1984? 1986? 1989? "
Wenling " NO!!!!!!!! 1991, i am only 17 !!!!!"
Nick : " HAHA!!! Don lie."
Rush : " really? cannot be! "
Wenling : " REALLY !!!!! I AM 17 !!!!!"
she even showed them her ez-link card but still none of them believed her. Nick even doubt that, that ez-link card is her sister one.
we had a long chit chat with that two stranger that night.

At Clarke Quay
after the dinner at cafe cartel, the time was only 10 plus. it was still too early to go home. so wenling and me went down to Clarke quay to slack. we also went to look for joey and leonard at their work place. Song fa the buk kut teh shop.
my plan was suppose to tour the whole CQ area, till the sun appears again. but wenling wanted to slack by the Singapore river instead, so we did.
it was suppose to be only the two of us, however, there was someone else. in the mids of our slacking, this guy called himself a loner and ask if he can join us. we got stunned for awhile but still agreed.
he looks like a fairer version of bangala, long messy curly hair (sth like Angus hairstyle but longer).so i thought it's 2 against one, even if anything happens he is still at the losing side. after he sat down beside wenling the atmosphere is duper wired. he broke the silence by introducing himself. "halo i am ??????" eventually i din catch what is his name. his accent is hard to catch.

strange very strange. this had happen for quite a while. every night i struggle to go into my lala land. couples of nights i lay down in my bed, very exhausted. but i just can't fall asleep.
but strangely i can sleep soundly in buses, while watching television,dozing off on tables (like how i always doze off in class). anywhere it seems, but except my bed.

lets talk about my 2008 ;D
i think for me, 2008 has start off quite significantly. normally at this time of the NEW year, my family will be preparing to welcome Chinese New Year. but this year, my family is busy preparing for my sister's wedding dinner. i don't know if i should call it a ritual thing or a auspicious ceremony? ( what ever it calls..) it is something very FRESH for me, and kick off my 2008 in a different way. definitely, for my elder sister as well :D. marriage is something that punch a huge impression in your brain. well...its not like i am getting married. i have no idea what i am talking about. OOOOOOOOOOOOOO
lately there is alot of people showing up in my house early in the morning to have some kind of "serious conference." basically, its about the wedding ritual / auspicious thingy. so this few days i got to see my dad at home more often. this is rare. it is a good thing. i haven't seen him for the past 6 months already? i have lost count when was the last time I'd seen him back home. he still looks the SAME. ;p
today i went for nee ann poly open house. this was my second visit. my first impression on nee ann is, too far, too old. but today when i had a second look on nee ann again, i feel that nee ann is quite a nice campus. very big and lively?
oh! they have in line skating as cca! that is SO SO SO COOL! i was hoping that they will do some stunts like criss crossing, sped up a ramp and perform some stunts in the air before landing, or something that will amaze me. but they din. kinda disappointed. but merely looking at them skating around and already look so professional,I'll say that is enough to make me feel envious.
i wanted to learn how to skate like them for so long!!!!!!!! i am still searching for someone who can teach me.......................................anyone? oh~ my dream....to be become a pro skater~ WOHOOOO~~~~~~~~~~~~
