i am in the Aikido class right now. after watching the demonstrator "perform". I'll take back the idea of joining Aikido. this also make me come to one conclusion that Nana is indeed crazy.

in their paired up practice, there will be one "attacker" another "reactor". i would rather called "attacker"- dummy. i really don't see the fun where you got to be thrown around and be slammed on the ground, hard. OUCH.

there is one act to pin the "dummy" on the ground by twisting his arm to back. the way i observe Nana do it, she looks more like giving the guy a massage then hurting him. in a way, you are suppose to hurt the person., right right right? then you can consider it as successfully master the skill? correct?

the Aikido class had just ended, and i my first time trying out my school Bubble tea. i realise the school strawberry bubble tea is equally nice as compare to The Sweet Talk one. wow! now i can a nice cup of strawberry milk shake in school.

i have a new love now. Strawberry.
oh yea~

are you thinking what i am thinking? are they real buff up freaky muscular women or are they men under a wig? i can tell a guy transexual to become a women, but seriously, this wo(men) is hard to define.

c'mon, i'll love to have a nice abs, but not definitely to this extreme. their tits...is like...muscles already.. :S EWWW~!!!!!!

their drumstick is HUGE! which is almost equivalent to 3 cyclone victims families meal. with a "with a little dish of salt and pepper, they devour into the tender tendon meat." sounds familiar to some????

recently the topic cannibalism had been quite a tiff in my class. i have no idea who is the founder of this link in my class, but it is sure gruesome! the following link is the real story of the this cannibal confession. http://web.archive.org/web/20040423230157/http://nicoclaux.free.fr/sagawa/sagawa.htm

this is a photo of the victim, before she was being eaten up.

the following link, is photos of her aftermath.....
i gotta warn you first, it is really gruesome. though it is in black and white....

Hello! i know i hadn't been blogging for eon, school, work, T-rex have been keeping me busy. T-rex training ground had permanently shifted to Marina Bay itself. in the background is a sneak preview of the platform. *and pls pardon my forced-up smile in the picture.*

Tuesday training was kinda "life threatening" to most of the T-rexes, i believe. That day we did not have the usual rehearsal, instead we were put to a test, a Proficiency Test. this test will determine if we are fit to remain in the main performing team or the back seat.

at that point of time, my self-esteem fell to the very bottom. while the Sergent was briefing us on the different station, i can't help but to teared a little. i was just so nervous. the chatty atmosphere suddenly fell to a nervous silence. nobody was laughing nor playing, everyone seems so serious all of the sudden.

the first station, everyone feeling was still every tense. it was only after the second station, the anxiety was replace with tiredness. i think the station where we have to do a 400m run within 1min 45 sec was the most exhausting one, and the highest rate of casualties. i almost lost my momentum at the last few kilometers before reaching the finish line.

i found a part time job in a Japanese restaurant in Tangling shopping center. IRRASSIMASYE (e-ras-sha-e-ma-say) means welcome. i had to greet every customer when they come in. i got no problem pronouncing it while i am alone. however when it comes to really greeting the customer, i suffer from a tongue tied. 95% of the customer there is Japanese, and i realise that they are a great drinker. most of them came in fair like a fair radish, and walk out like a drunken tomato.

one of the photo i edited in class, i took the whole day editing this photo. not very satisfied with the end result though, but qualified.

when she sleep, it simply spells serenity. don't you think so? i can sit beside her cradle watching her sleep for hours.

but when she is awake, her alarming cries can be a real annoying. she is Colic baby. this means that she will tend to cry more because of the inflating air in her stomach. today she start her alarming cry 6.30am in the morning. i couldn't feign not hearing it, it is just too shrill to be ignore. oh my gosh! i just realise she is the most perfect alarm clock for me!!!! so..i understand now, i need to have a alarm not just in its loudness, it must be shrill as well, then it will work on me!!!! (O-O)

nonetheless, Chevelle is still my adorable little niece.

look at her big eye, totally like her parents.
and the final picture, which is the picture of the day

YO people! my dearest Chevelle is back home now. she is so lovely. the pinkified cradle make her look even more sweet and princess like. i cannot refrain myself from staring at her while she sleep. she didn't look like she have a nice dream. she kinda frown, though her eye brown is hardly visible now. her eye twitches, her lips even tremble from time to time. i slipped my finger between her little palm, as she wrapped her little fingers around mine. hers was cold against mine.

i took her little sexy lips. i simply love it. look at her perfect shaped lip. she have nice long fingers, and legs, exactly like her parents. amazingly, she have alot of hair. haha. i think she must have gotten the Tan's family genes. we have alot of hair.i mean the hair on our head....just in case you think otherwise...

she let out shrill cry just now, it sounded dry at the same time. it panics the people around her, especially me. we were unsure the reason behind her cry. every time when she cry, no one know the exact reason why. so we will go through the check list from the top to the bottom.

is she feeling too hot?
or too cold?
or hungry?
or she poo-ed?
or she wants to sleep?
or want some attention?
or a cuddle?

stuff like this. one of it will be the answer.

as a Aunt, my job is to play with her. dirty job will leave it for her parents to do, or my mom? haha. definitely not me.

Happy Three Family
Her head is so small, it is like half the length of my hand.

Pictures taken in Mount Faber
this was taken in the Hort park. that place is so cool. if i am a millionaire, i will buy that place down and move in. super relaxation la~
the plants on sales in Hort park. the bottom, extreme right is a Venus fly trap. Danae and i had fun poking it with sticks. it works like a Mimosa plant. just that the Venus fly trap took a longer time to close up.
this picture focus is on the almighty big red ant. i can't zoom it in anymore, this is the best my sumsang can do. click on the picture for a better view of the ant.

i tired to take a picture through the telescope when we were on the way up to cable car center.

2 of the many cool bridge we came across in Mount Faber. i love the fun architecture of each individual bridge.

Photo from the Photography day.

one only. yes, only one that i like. the rest shows too much of my masculinity, i am not going to post it here. this is almost the end of the day where we were all exhuasted. very emo picture. :D the girl in the backround, Nana, super photogenic. even candid shots of her is nice. the girl in the foreground, Olihuy, is her total opposite. candid shot is really candid, really ugly, really Olihuy. okay. The end. bye bye.

my first week of holiday had been really eventfully spent.

yesterday (sat) the T-rex training had move to Marina bay, the actual performing stage for our rehearsal. Scream : OH MY GOSH!!!!!!!!!!!!!! yesterday was the day i had been awaiting for. i used to shriek at the thought of MARINA BAY. this tells you how excited i was.

Marina bay is cool. very awesome. even the grass is greener, that it looks carpeted. i would love this kind of grass in my backyard, if i ever have one. the holding area, the place where we get ready before we run out into the performing stage is higher. this means we can even do some bouncing warm up inside, without worrying that our head might hit the ceiling.

i will miss Bedok camp. it is like the birth place for all the T-rexes. they have put alot of efforts to make the places better to the convenient for all the T-rex. Thank you very much Bedok Camp. i salute you. haha.

unfortunately there was a down pour on Marina before rehearsal, and the floor was wet. there was a number of casualties, slipping, tripping. most of all, i Thank God that i was not one of them and none of them was badly injured.

Thursday, i met up with Nana and golden monkey for photography. we started off from bugis to Arab street, to beach road, to concourse, to esplanade, to city hall, and lastly the Singapore flayers. i wore my DMK heel too, this is my longest distinct i travel by feet in heel. the ball of foot was like swelling by the time when i got home, and the stocking i wore save my feet from blistering.whew. i will never torture my feet like this ever again. after looking through golden monkey photographs. it only make me come to a conclusion. i really need to lose 10 inches all around my body. from head to toe. except the breast area....

i look so muscular in all the photos, and my posture is horrid. among all the photos, i like best all those that were in black and white. i don't have them in this computer. maybe the next post. despite all this, i like the idea of venturing new places. by feet, we walk past places that by buses nor train can take us to. we won't be able to look at the places differently if we were to take transportation. i love the whole idea of it.

Wednesday, i went trekking with Danae in Mount Faber. we were suppose to jog there. but the place is a nature for photo taking. we took the 9k scenic walk route. the view is awesome, especially Hort park. that place is so beautiful. people, if you hadn't been there before, i think you really should. that place is so breathe taking. i never knew there is such a beautiful place exist in Singapore.

just Wednesday and Thursday itself is wonderful enough for me. that two day i was being expose to so many new thing in Singapore. i like the walk-a-jog in Mount Faber. it is a good work out, and love the nature so as the oxy-fied air. *BREATHEEEEEEE* as for Thursday, i love the Arab street. a little corner of arts. everywhere is art. art art art. i was a little disappointed though. i was expecting to find some great graffiti but to no avail. still, i love Arab street. Let's go back there again! creativeness is in the air yo~

lastly i have one great bundle of joy to share! My sis have finally give birth to a healthy little adorable, charming, cuddly, cute, delightful, lovable, lovely, sweet little baby girl. my niece, Chevelle!!!!!!!!!!!!! i Thank God for her.

i can't wait for to be a little more older so i can play with her. she is too fragile now, her world is circling around milk and sleep. i am a aunt now. "hello there, i am aunt Olivia." HAHAHA. aw aw awwww~! i love my niece!!!!!!!!!
