well well, i just came back from training. not the usual feeling of lethargic, instead, i am feeling more energetic and happy right now. :D the feeling of accomplishing something today is rewarding for me. setting a focus for the day, DOES help. i told myself that i must learn to get up by myself, and at least bounce in the power riser.

and yes, i DID IT!!!! woo~ not standing up by myself, but able to do a little skip from time to time. HAHAHA. a continuous jump will least take me one more lesson time. fear was the factor that was restricting me to progress. i put it aside today, and focus on my target. the end result? i am very happy with my progression. *a huge smile drawn across my face* HAHHAHAHAHA.

surprisingly my drumstick don't feel stiff and not limping after the training today. i wonder why, but it is good anyway. i make myself fall just to learn how to get up. falling down from that height is superbly ungracious, with no control at all, i had a little skid on the floor. the motion of getting up is awkwardly and difficult. you have to find your own way of manipulating your muscles in a way to lift yourself up. sounds easy or....not? i dono how to explain to you, but it is not as easy as it seems.

i wore the POLICE T-shirt, and many thought i was from NPCC. one of the army guys shouted " POLICE POLICE" when i check in today.it was so embarrassing. i'll not wear it for training ever again.

there is a group of new comers for the hip hop dancer, and among them is a gay. i just can't stop observing him. i find that gay is very interesting, from the way they walk, to talk , and every single action of theirs. they walk in the sluttiest way, even more exaggerating then any runway model. their hand flinging action is their signature, if you dono what is it, you can ask miss mak to show you. she is very good at it. ;D HA. they talk in the most imitating high pitch, even in the nosiest places, their laughter is distinct. (okay, i am exaggerating)

Gays is interesting. successfully male Transsexual is amazing.

in a guys' stand, maybe your might them disgusting. but i find them interesting, in comparison to animal study. these guys are desperate to bocome a women. they make me feel even more proud being a women. :D right ladies? HAHAHA.
