yesterday T-rex training was a super miracle! for a moment i was admiring Danae for having so much confidence, the next moment, i was ABLE TO GET UP BY MYSELF with my fake T-rex legs on! first time ever, after so long and many failures. PERSISTENT is the keyword yo~! i have finally stood up!!! HAHA.
i tell you what's the big deal about this. the big deal is, it is not easy to get up at all. i used to be a total paralyse on the floor if i were to fall, but now i know how to stand up,i will not fear of not being able to get up ever agian~~ i know i haven't answer what so big deal about it yet.AH-HA. the majority of the female T-rexes, seems to have a difficulty to get up. i don't know if shorter legs can be consider to be one of the major factor. so do you get what is the big deal now? yes? no? join T-rex circus with me and you will know. all i can say is, it is not easy at all.

I created it myself to cheer on my fellow T-rex. of course i don't cheer this out loud to everyone in training. i just thought of it now, so i just type it out.
people, if you really wants to stay awake drink Red Bull. i was supposedly to sleep during the 1hr plus bus ride home after training. this is what i will definitely do in bus, especially after training. surprisingly that little can drink supplied my energy till 3plus 4am. this is even more efficient then coffee. since both contains caffeine, but coffee stains your teeth. whereas red bull don't, so why not choose red bull over coffee? i don't know why coffee don't work on me, but red bull surely does.
now i am neither had coffee nor red bull, i am on sleeping pills. i need to sleep now.
