i am still fussing about those shushi i had for SUPPER. gosh i am not suppose eat them. you know....D.I.E.T. well, i guess i just can't resist the food temptation. now i really regret for eating those. gosh~

sometimes i really admire those anorexic girls. not for the skin-wrap-bones figure. but for their powerful self psychoing mindset. they are anorexic is because they can resist the temptation of food, thinking they "are fat." so they just won't eat no matter what.

unlike miss OLIVIA, who says she wants to lose 5kg 3years ago still weighs the same today. she just can't persist on. she kinda give up on exercise. lazy is the best fit word to describe her. her motivation to go on DIET may last for a week, but never prolong.
