SCREAM ME OUT!
my one week holiday is ACHING GOOD~
i brought myself some clothes and accessories, and being with friends. this is the GOOD part.
the ACHING part was Thursday and Friday-Saturday exercise. i jogged 4.5km in Bedokreservoir. Jingg make a good jogging companion. she gave alot of encouragement on the way and slow down to accommodate with me. :D thank you.
Friday-Saturday is when the real ACHING GOOD part all come together. initially was only a night cycling outing. but by the time we reached there i think it was around 8pm already. they can only gave us 1hr-$6, but overnight $12 all the way until 9am the next day. we choose the overnight cycling, and here we go~!!!!!

that was a record breaking for me (us). the longest time and distance cycled in the night. we cycled for a full 8hrs, in between we had food break, water break, and most importantly, BUTT BREAKS. Wesker call it the Kickass Night cycle. HAHAHAHAHA! i believe everyone cannot agree with him more. that seats of ours, have causes permanent bruises in the center of our butt crack and our butt cheeks is swell and swollen now. well, at least mine is.
we have to lift our butt off the seat when we come across humps. once we failed to see the unevenness of the floor, you will hear a chorus of " OUCH!" "AHHHH!" "OHHHH!!!"
"ESSSHHHHHH!!!!" HAHAHA! it is like applying salt on your open wound. seriouly pain!!!
in situation like this, you have to learn to make use of the other parts of your butt. the more fleshy part. instead of centralising your butt to the seat. i shifted all my body weight from the left to the right of my butt. this explain why my butt cheeks is swollen now.
the difference between a prisoner after public canning and my case is, he have to sleep on his belly whereas i can still rest on my butt. the similarity is, both of us cannot walk properly without feeling the pain in our arse.
T-rex is going Chingay, and i am in. my drumstick is aching like mad now. tomorrow will be the first training. GOSH. possibility number 1, my drumstick continues to ache, i will still go for the training but watch at the side. or 2, the pain recede and everything will go as planned.
nonetheless i had fun last night. it makes me feel so liberal. i didn't realise how small Singapore is until yesterday, and i didn't realise how physically unfit i am. i really should start excising, to get rid of all the jiggly.
