forget about the last post thing. erm. it is very confussing.
Today was a SUPER WORK OUT. in the morning i met up the Wen sisters and their mother for cycling, and bladding at East Coast Park. i was panting heavily after 30mins, collaspe after 1hr. this shows how frequent i exercise. my legs felt so heavy, muscle tight, my back was aching from bending. i just lost my momentum to continue. i just drift slowly, while the Wens sister was no where to be seen.
Thank God for the good weather, very windy and sunny. perfect day for exercise. i finally caught with the Wens by the beach, and we went back together. i dono why, bladding back is so much easier as compared to when i just started.
bladding at east coast is very challenging. alot of slopes, twigs, leaves, mini coconuts and mini durians. very exhuasting, got a slight burn, but the best is, I PERSPIRED ALOT.
i don rmb that there is skyrunners & hip hop dancer audition today, until wenjing reminded me. dude. (i must really start to train myself to rmb things from now)
the audition is all the way to Bedok Camp. very far and very army. i think that place is some kind of army premise (lots of army guys).
at the beginning.....
supposedly was a warm out, but it turn out to be a set of dance move. i got a hard time remembring. then all of us got divided into groups of 10, and the audition begin. 10 by 1o we were brought to the stage to dance the few move that was taught.i tried my best but i still screwed up. i messed up my steps, plus i was SO nervous.
the feedback to me was "not enough energy." (okay~~)
the bladding, the stretching, the dancing and jumping. it had been centuries since my body got so worked out in a day. today is only the audition, so i am stil not sure if i am selected for the sky runner.it look so scary challenging.......
